Kudos to Rachel and her team on our new website and logo! We explained to Rachel what we wanted and she took a conversation and turned it into a functioning and effective website very quickly. I am a dentist down in Newport Beach and have been using Art of Online Marketing for almost 2 years now. I had switched to AOM and Terry on a referral from another dentist because my current website developer was difficult to reach. Terry was able to update my website and help me further travel down the path of a paperless office. Terry developed my general information and health history forms online for patients to fill out prior to their first appointment. This has been an integral part of my practice because it saves time chair time, patient time, we can check insurance benefits prior to them showing up, and most importantly we look really technologically advanced compared to our competitors. For most patients, this is their first time filling information out online and as a result it makes us look very cutting edge. I would also like to point out that while this seems like an easy task for a patient to fill out forms the reality is I need it to be an easy task for patients to fill out the forms and I have to give credit to AOM for making sure that I don’t have website or script errors.
