If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our training classes — within the first 30 days after purchasing the program, when you show that you have fully participated in the class and have completed the required homework, we will either provide you with 1 hour of one-on-one coaching OR refund you the purchase price. If you have not started the class, you may cancel your enrollment in the online Social Media Marketing Class or any one of our training programs within 3 days of signing up to receive a full refund of your tuition fee. You will receive your refund within 30 days.
When a participant signs up for one of our online courses that includes coaching and support, the email support offered as part of the tuition fee is limited to a maximum of 8 total hours of support for the 8 Session Social Media Marketing Program and may be less or more depending on the total number of training hours offered. Typically this email support is limited to One hour of email support per class offered.
We know that when it comes to choosing a marketing firm, there are a lot of things to consider. You want to work with someone that you can trust, that you know the work will be done right, and done well.
Because of this, we pledge that our services and results will make an impact. From our marketing consulting to our marketing classes, we stand behind the work that we do. We will work with you to make sure that our work is completed and held to the highest standards. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with our services or your experience with The Art of Online Marketing, we will work with you to make it right. With that said, we know that you will be satisfied with our work and the results that you achieve.
We require contracts for most of our services, but in some cases, if a contract was not completed and you or your company is utilizing a service that has a monthly fee, The Art of Online Marketing requires a full 30 day written notice of cancellation before we cancel your service.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Art of Online Marketing within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. To obtain a Return Authorization Number please email CS [at] ArtofOnline.com. Please provide your name, address, email address, phone number, name or description of product, original order number if available, date of purchase and reason for the return request. We will email you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions as to where the product should be sent. Unless we have made an error in fulfilling the original order return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Once your return request is accepted you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
The Art of Online Marketing does not accept returns of items purchased from partners of The Art of Online Marketing. Refund request must be made through the direct seller.
You may cancel your new membership to http://www.artofsocialmedia.com three days of joining and receive a full refund of your membership fee if applicable. Initial set-up fees will not be refunded. To cancel your membership and receive a full refund, please send an email within three days of joining to CS [at] ArtofOnline.com.
