Do you have reviews and/or testimonials from clients? Those are proof points.  Do you have guarantees in place? Those are proof points. Do you have clients and friends recommending you? That&#039;s how you build trust, and it is indeed often a missing link to generating sales from social media efforts.</description>

		<description>I have to agree with you that social media is measurable and ROI can be tracked in terms of numbers.&#160; Now, the toughest part that may have lead ( just an assumption ) to not tracking perhaps is the difficulty of converting these numbers into sales/customers.&#160; Simply put, if someone don&#039;t trust you on the Social Web, they won&#039;t be compelled to make a purchase.&#160; So, how can you make sure that they do?&#160; I guess, this is the missing link.</description>
